Spring is absolutely brilliant in the English countryside. Crisp mornings make way for warmer afternoons. Blooms of purple and white wisteria climb Cotswold stone. This week our trip includes a visit to the Daylesford House private garden belonging to Lord & Lady Bamford (she is the genius behind all things Daylesford.) It is an 18th century country house complete with Orangery. We also shop at a large antique fair that draws many seasoned dealers and buyers. It is not uncommon to spot celebrity British designers.
